As the restrictions begin to be eased and different parts of the country start to open up again, we are very aware as a practice of our levels of risk both from contracting Coronavirus and also in transmitting it to our clients.
With this in mind we have decided to retain our current procedure of Drop and Go - Distanced Consults with clients only present by telephone until all members of our team have been vaccinated. We will of course continue our outside euthanasia protocol, enabling clients to be with their cats at that very difficult time, and we will also have masked face to face conversations for complex cases.
As a very small team with clinically vulnerable members, we must be conscious of the need to continue minimising the risk not only to our staff but also to the practice as a whole.
The health and well being of not only our team but also our clients is paramount to us, as is the continued operation of the practice... and these measures have protected us all so far and as a result we have had no staff isolation issues and been able to remain open throughout the whole pandemic.
We appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding in these difficult times and we will update this post as the year progresses.
