Current vacancy January 2015: – Veterinary surgeon
Calling all ailurophiles! SimplyCats is the only feline exclusive practice in the North East and we are expanding to add a third cat friendly veterinary surgeon on a part or full time basis to join our team. There will be some weekend work involved, and some out of hours (which is usually fairly quiet).
We are based just outside of the historic medieval city of Durham with its magnificent cathedral and are near the coasts and hills of Northumberland and the vibrant city of Newcastle.
Our clinic is purely feline and as such we employ all of the criteria required for cat friendly status and cat friendly handling techniques. Our work on the whole is first opinion which we practice to a high standard (Idexx catalyst one, digital xray and digital dental xray) and there are local referral centres with which we have good relationships for advice and referral if need be.
